During these challenging times, exercise can be a great way to get re-energized and release stress, while improving overall health. Join me as I get in shape over the next five weeks while supporting the worldwide work of the Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC).

The world is your course! Go for a run; walk in the neighborhood or on a treadmill. Ride a bike or hike along a trail. It's open to all ages, abilities, and it's free to sign-up!

Join the team and set a modest mileage goal; encourage friends and family to support your efforts with a gift to OCMC. Of course, you can support me too!
